Mixed Veil Angelfish are a popular freshwater species known for their elongated fins and variety of color patterns. They are a form of the common angelfish (Pterophyllum scalare) and can reach up to 6 inches in body length, with fins extending taller.

Size: Up to 6 inches body length

Temperament: Semi-aggressive; best kept with similarly sized, non-fin-nipping fish

Tank Requirements: Minimum 30 gallons, taller tanks preferred

Water Parameters: 76–82°F, pH 6.5–7.5

Diet: Omnivore — accepts flakes, pellets, frozen, and live foods
