Red Top Lwanda Peacock

One of our all time favorite peacocks!

The Red Top Lwanda peacock hails from the intermediate zones of Hai Reef in Tanzania and from Chiwindi in Mozambique.

Red Top Lwanda cichlids are carnivorous, so they do best when fed a heavy protein based diet. Here we feed them our Plankton Gold and supplement it with frozen foods like brine shrimp and blood worms.

These fish are not difficult to keep and are a great beginners fish that will really blossom if given the time.
