Description

This fish was exported as Leth. furcfer Tanzania, probably due to its large size. However, the diagonal stripes found on the females coupled with the size puts in the Taenioleth. camp. The rounded forehead of the T. furccauda from Ntekete is our best guess. Whatever the true Id, this is a gentle giant. Multiple males can be housed together. A large tank is needed only for their size.
